The first quarter of 2021 has been eventful for crime-themed games on Android in Brazil. Sensor Tower has provided a comprehensive look at how the top games in this category have fared.

Starting with Mafia City, published by Phantix Games from Singapore, we observed a peak in downloads at 64K in the first week of February, followed by a general downward trend, settling at 47K in the last week of March. The game's revenue showed an initial increase, reaching $18K in mid-January, but experienced a decrease towards $13K at the end of March. Weekly active users saw a high of 248K in early February but dipped to 223K by the quarter's close.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas by US-based Rockstar Games also displayed interesting trends. The game's revenue was highest at the start of the year with $15K and gradually decreased to $7K by the end of March. Downloads were modest, with a slight increase to 4.7K in early March. The weekly active users showed a growth from February to March, ending the quarter at 29.5K.

Wooga's June's Journey: Hidden Objects from Germany showed a revenue drop from $10K in the first week of January to $6K at the quarter's end. Downloads hit a low point of 2.7K, and weekly active users declined from 78K at the year's start to 57K in the last week of March.

Manor Matters, by Playrix based in Ireland, had a significant spike in downloads reaching 126K in the first week of February, with a subsequent decline to 21K. Revenue exhibited a peak of $5.2K in late February before stabilizing around $4.6K. Weekly active users reached their highest at 349K in mid-March but saw a decrease to 279K.

Lastly, The King of Fighters ALLSTAR by Netmarble from South Korea had its highest revenue at the start of March with $8K, followed by a sharp drop to below $1K and a recovery to $2.9K by the end of the quarter. Downloads saw a significant rise to 25.7K in the last week, and weekly active users nearly doubled from the beginning of the quarter, ending at 26.9K.
